All of my stuff is in the process of being condensed down and moved into our guest room, so at least it won't be far...in the even that I might actually have free time to use it once the baby gets here! They don't make me feel I'll right now, but I've been warned that that can change!

My doctor actually said they can prescribe a pill for the morning sickness if it's too bad to handle if I need it. My mom suggested emetrol. That's what her doctor had her take, but it is so sickening sweet to take that it doesn't really work! I have my first sonogram on Thursday this week and then I meet with the doctor for my first full exam the week after, so I'll see how I'm doing between then and now.Mrs. Impeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08022104364845020710noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2596420938752384378.post-11092189561833762152013-04-14T10:22:07.182-07:002013-04-14T10:22:07.182-07:00Congratulations! The pharmacist told me that in other countries they have an anti nausea medicine which is similar to the sleeping pill unisom. He told me to take half a pill a day. It did work for me and it didn't make me too sleepy. Maybe try it on your day off to see if it works. Another thing was making sure that you take your prenatal vitamins NOT on an empty stomach. It will pass eventually. I drink a glass of water in the morning (or orange juice) and I take a big Tupperware container of Cheerios to work with me to munch on when I'm ready! I've never really been that big of a breakfast person, unless it's a bagel with cream cheese...and right now cream cheese just isn't that appetizing to me! My biggest problem seems to be all the extra phlem I have...lol. It's gross! It gives me extreme nausea in the morning until I can get it all cleared out. Then it's just this nagging "blah" feeling all day. Luckily I'm not craving any junk food. I actually am really into pears, carrots and cucumbers. Although I haven't been able to go near meat (particularly chicken) for over a week. I'd really like a nice, extremely well done steak, but I don't know if I could handle it! Red meat in general makes me icky.Mrs. Impeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08022104364845020710noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2596420938752384378.post-42572204539876607762013-04-14T09:45:12.331-07:002013-04-14T09:45:12.331-07:00Congratulations!!! I went through 2 pregnancies, working full-time and extremely nauseous. three months with my son and 5 months with my daughter! you need to find what makes you feel better. For me it was moving slower than normal and having a banana and glass of oj in the morning. At school i had a constant supply of saltines and frosted mini-wheats, when i was feeling a little nauseous I had a few. The kids were sweet, they actually could tell when i was starting to feel icky and would ask me if they could get my snacks for me! I had a high chair with a back brought in to my rooms and sat when i needed to ( which was a lot!). You will find your new groove and everything will be great! Take care of yourself! :)Mrs. Chttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01750438627381465213noreply@blogger.com
